Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, then please get in touch and I will do my best to rectify the problem.

Please note that these items are 100% handmade, so blemishes such as small holes or the occasional twisted stitch, for example, are to be expected. Its all part of what makes them unique!

I do accept returns and exchanges on most ready made items. You should contact me within 14 days of delivery, and items must be returned within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return postage and packing. Items should be returned in saleable condition.

Please note that custom or personalised items are NOT available for return or exchange, unless they are damaged or defective. Please contact me if there is an issue with your order as soon as you receive it.

Custom Orders - How does it work?
Seen something you like but want it in a different size or colour? Have something in mind that you can't see on the site? No problem! Feel free to give me a message. We can discuss in detail exactly what you're thinking of.

Once we have decided on item, style, colour, type of yarn, and measurements, I will send you a quote.
​
If you're happy to go ahead, then I'll send you a PayPal invoice. Once this is paid, I will get to work on your order. Please note that if I need to source a new type of yarn, processing time will be a bit longer.
​
When the order is complete, I'll send you a message with photographs of the finished item and get it shipped to you ASAP!
Processing time
If the item you are ordering is ready made, I will endeavour to get it shipped as soon as possible - which is normally the next working day.
​
For custom made orders, the time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Each item is hand knitted, which is a slow art, but well worth the wait. For details, please see individual items.

UK: 2-7 Business Days

I will do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the delivery method you choose. I do not take any responsibility for delays or mistakes made by the post office/delivery service.
